Shanica knew becoming a realtor was for her once she realized she enjoyed helping people. She has always had a passion for real estate and is a person who can easily make a conversation with anyone and make them feel comfortable. A native of NJ, Shanica eventually relocated to NC with her now adult son. She has worked in the finance industry for 10 years helping customers with their mortgage loans. Shanica has a warm and welcoming spirit and loves to assist and anyway she can.
